Payment
Subscription Cost
To participate in CM-Online, you have to pay a monthly subscription. The longer the period you choose to pay for, the cheaper it becomes. For instance, if you sign up for a year, you will receive a substantial discount. It pays to pay for a longer period of time.
- One Month: £3.99
- One Quarter: £9.99
- Six Months: £18.99
- One Year: £34.99
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All Prices are per team.
Refund
Write to payment@cm-online.com to claim your refund. However we do not refund for missing to cancel ones subscription.

Does my subscription renew?
Yes, it will renew automatically for another subscription period (at the same price and the same length as the one you originally ordered) unless you unsubscribe before the expiry date of the current subscription period (this can be done by logging into the game and within the ?my payments? section clicking on the ?Stop Subscribing? button), or if we no longer make the CM-Online available, or if we decide to increase pricing.
Can´t start subscription
Make sure that you have a valid credit card with enough credit.
If you get the message that the payment has been declined it might be temporary connection problem somewhere between the banks involved. Just try again a little later.
The financial firm dealing with the transactions have a automatic risk check and might grade the payment as too risky and won´t accept it. This might be for many different reasons, like the country where the card is issued and the country where the computer is situated.
Cancel subscription
To end subscription just press "end subscription" under My Payments. You will be able to keep your team and play until the end of your payed time. Your account will not renew. Make sure to select each of the accounts you want to cancel, with the drop down menue.
To change the length of each payment period, simply press end subscription. Then sign up again for the wanted payment period. The subscription will renew automatically until you end the subscription.
Change subscription period
You just enter My Payments, select the account in the drop down menue and press the Stop Subscription button, then press Start Subscription and enter all the card details again.
Methods. PayPal, SMS…
At the moment the only available methods of payment is the ones listed under My Payments in game. But we hope to be able to offer others later on.
"I am not English…”
As it is now everyone regardless of where they live can register and play in CM-Online. However we can not say how long or even If it is going to last. We are planning on releasing the game in other countries, but have nothing to say yet about where and when.

When do I lose the team?
About a week after the subscription has ended and no new payment has been added the team will be lost and up for grabs for anyone else.
Invite a friend
You can invite a friend to CM-Online!
You do this from the login page. If your friend joins CM-Online both of you will get an extra month of playing time.
Change Personal info
Name
All information supplied when registering for the game need to be correct. In order for us to be able to send out any prizes that you win, it is vital that your personal information is correct. This will also assist us in preventing cheating. If you for some reason need to change some of your details that you can not access then please send an email to support-uk@cm-online.com
You need to enter a correct e-mail since the password for the game is sent to that adress and all gamerelated event are sent there as well. If you want to change you e-mail all you have to do is email support-uk@cm-online.com
Profile in game
Here you can change your address if you move or if you didnt fill it out when you registered. You can also use this page for some other things such as favorite team, newletters and signature.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password then go to the start page of CM-Online and click on the link under password "Forgot password?". You will then have to enter your e-mail address and click send and a new password will be sent to you by e-mail.
Newsletter
Every now and again you will get a newletter sent to your e-mail if you wish. There you can read what is planned for CM-Online and what has been done since the last newsletter.
Stop playing
If you wish to stop playing CM-Online you have to cancel any further payments, you will find it under my payments as soon as you have logged in, and wait for the subscription time to run out.
If you at any time wish to come back to CM-Online you are more than welcome.

You can at any time register to play CM-Online. You do that from the main page of CM-Online
