Reserves for injured players

I would like too see a possibilty to pick reserves for players in the starting line that get injured during games.

Reserve Matches

I would like to see a reserve league added to the game. They don't have to be overly complicated and would be easier on managers to have the option to control them or leave it up to the assistant managers.

This would give CMO users a better look at who is preforming well and whether they deserve a run in the first team or not. It would also give a chance for the none starters to get used to the tactics employed by managers and allow players to gel.

I have some hopes and wishes for the future in CMO.
1. Fix the bugs.
2. Listen to us managers because if we feel training is not working and 100% say so then I think you should listen to us because one cant say training is working like it should when it makes most managers tear their hair away in anger when they loose value on almost all players evening after evening.
3. Make it possible to exchange players with AI-teams.
4. Make it possible to make bigger deals with managers, I mean if I exchange a striker in my team for a defender in another managers team but at the same time want to give a easy solution for him to fill the place that is open after his defender I should be able to make an exclusive deal to this other manager to give extra cash for my 2nd player without other managers coming in and try to buy him.
5. Give us managers freedom to decide who is allowed to buy players from our team.
6. Come out with new database more often, use us managers to edit the players.
7. Please stop overvalue the English players, yes I know probably the best league in the world but not because the English players are the best in the world but because the teams in England have better finances than other leagues. National team players from Germany, Sweden, Denmark and other nations are often just as good as the English players but today it is more easy to make a success with English players than other national players. Many Swedish national players (same with players from other countries as well) are only given a judgement on decent or average and this is not fair because if it was like that IRL then England would crush Sweden in every game they play against us. So, please give a more fair judgement in the future because I would really like to be able to buy Elmander, Petter Hansson, Mikael Nilsson or Tobias Linderoth to my team without looking like a bloody fool when going on what I see IRL and not on what English people think about Swedish, Danish, German players.
8. Make it possible for us managers to buy players for our reserve team without selling away 65% of our team first so that the new players dont say no thanks because of playtime. Make it possible in contract offer to specify how I intend to use this player in my team. Is he a regular starter? Is he part of 16 player for a game? Is he intended for my reserve team?
9. Make it possible for us managers to create own reserveteam leagues inside our worlds. It can be tournaments and things like that witch only managers who wants to join can do. Or one manager can invite not only for one training game but to a training tournament.
10. If you make a database change and managers find out that some players are completely wrong then you should go in and change these manually. Why cant somebody do this as a regular task? It must be more easy to walk in and change one player at the time or put in one extra player who are missing than to make over the whole database at the same time.
11. Please start sacking managers who dont get results, and when one get sacked one should be forced to join a smaller team to build up enough respect to get a work in a bigger team again. The way managers get new works should be based on mayby the last 20 games they played with a team, not on how they did play 3 years ago.
12. Please open up new worlds that are fresh where managers like me who wasnt in from the start can get the chanse to start from fresh like other could do before.
13. If one league in one world is missing managers and are completely empty just close it so nobody can join teams in there in the future, in this way managers will start playing in the same leagues with time since many leagues in different worlds will be closed.
14. ---------- there are so many things, but I hope somebody else continue writing after me and feel free editing what I write.
15. The possibility to expand the stadium. When you have the highest "fans interest" and a positive economy, then you should be able to expand the stadium lets say 5000-10000 seats.
